Windows media format

Windows Media Video (WMV) is a compressed video file format for several proprietary codecs developed by Microsoft.

Wmv files can have the following extensions: .wmv, .wmf and .asf. You must activate scene change detection to play wmv files. They may contain SMPTE time code, and in that case, TV2003 can automatically scan them for it.
