Video image on at startup

This only applies to analog video - that is an external video tape source.

We could make a digital video clip run at startup, but have chosen not to - for that would result in error messages if you run more than one instance of the TV2003 program. Using two or more instances of the program is a good method for copying and pasting procedures.
