How to save your settings in VirtualDub |
|
This is not explained very well in the program's own help file, so here goes:
When you have made your settings, choose File/Save processing settings and give the configuration a name. Use the default extension (*.vcf)

Each time you want a special setting, just load it using the File/Load processing settings option.
If you want to run a special configuration from a command line when starting VirtualDub, make a desktop shortcut to VirtualDub.exe, select the "destination" field and add the parameter /s (for script) and write the full path to the configuration file directly after this (without space).
Example: E:\Program files\virtualdub\VirtualDub.exe /sd:\picvideo.vcf
