Disable Aero on startup

Top  Previous  Next

Windows Aero is the graphical user interface and the default theme in most editions of Windows Vista and Windows 7, operating systems released by Microsoft. Its name is a backronym for Authentic, Energetic, Reflective and Open.

If you are using Vista og Windows 7 and are experiencing problems with word processing in the edit window - especially with letters being swapped and lines refusing to be deleted - then turn off Aero by selecting Setup/toggle settings/turn af Aero on startup. It is turned on again as soon as you leave TV2003.
