Device manager

For XP: Open Start/Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager

This menu can tell you just about anything you would want to know about your installed devices. By choosing the different option buttons you can view your installed hardware from just about any "angle" you can think of. This is also an excellent area to look in when talking to tech support. More than likely you will be asked about your IRQ settings just in case a conflict exists.
